I’ve been through just about every stage of learning guitar myself, and have been teaching for over 15 years. I’ve worked with just about every kind of student. I have extensive writing, performing, and technical experience in most fret based instruments (including banjo and ukulele) and studied classical guitar under Larry Green (MM) and Jazz Guitar under under Kevin Tiernan and Dr. Kristen Bromley (DM). My curriculum is a mix self created and Dr. Kristen Bromley’s Guitar Method, but can always be customized as every student is different. It is based on how the modern guitarist wants to learn and focuses on equal parts technique, theory, and musicianship. I’ll meet you at your level and we’ll create a path that we can follow together.
